Description
Raji Shenazard, crown prince of Tanbarun, begins his journey defined by a self-centered and reckless nature born of royal privilege. Widely mocked as the “Stupid Prince” or “Prince Moron” by subjects and neighboring realms, his reputation for incompetence solidified after he pressured Shirayuki, a commoner with rare red hair, into becoming his concubine—an act that drove her to flee his kingdom. His early antagonism escalated when he dispatched poisoned apples to subdue her, inadvertently poisoning Zen Wistaria instead. The mishap exposed Raji to Zen’s retaliatory threats, cementing a tense dynamic rooted in fear.

Though initially dependent on his aide Sakaki to navigate social interactions and prone to cowardice, Raji’s encounters with Shirayuki sparked incremental change. Her challenge—to evolve into a ruler deserving of respect—pushed him to overhaul his work ethic and leadership style. A turning point arrived during Shirayuki’s pirate abduction, where Raji shed his timidity to plead openly for his subjects’ aid, publicly vowing to atone for past failures. This vulnerability marked his first steps toward earning genuine regard. His relationship with Zen gradually shifted from fear to cautious alliance, particularly during joint efforts to safeguard Shirayuki.

Raji’s brown hair, forest-green eyes, and a beauty mark beneath his left eye complement his regal attire, while habitual finger-snapping punctuates his commands. His family—King and Queen Shenazard, younger sister Rona, and brother Eugena—witnessed his uneven growth; Rona once hoped Shirayuki’s potential marriage to Raji might catalyze his maturity. Unintended repercussions of his fixation on red hair spawned persistent rumors, inadvertently endangering Shirayuki through repeated kidnappings. Yet Raji later elevated her status by naming her “Friend of the Tanbarun Royal Family,” granting her access to courtly circles.

His arc traces a path from comedic foil to earnest leader, blending lingering social unease with a resolute commitment to duty. Influenced by key relationships and personal resolve, he strives to outgrow his past while navigating the weight of his crown.
