Description
Lita, known in the original Japanese as Makoto Kino, is the civilian identity and present-day incarnation of Sailor Jupiter, the fourth Sailor Guardian to be introduced in the Sailor Moon anime. Her background is marked by early tragedy: both of her parents died in an airplane crash when she was very young, leaving her to live alone and become highly self‑reliant. This loss also gave her a lasting fear of airplanes. Because of her unusual height and superior physical strength, she was often misunderstood and developed a reputation as a troublemaker, eventually leading her to transfer to Juban District’s middle school.
