Mun-Ja Choi is a Korean voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing Japanese anime series into Korean. Her career encompasses a wide range of roles across numerous popular and long-running franchises, demonstrating her versatility in portraying characters of various ages and personalities.

Among her most recognized roles is Shion Sonozaki in the mystery horror series When They Cry - Higurashi. She also voiced the character Kelly Stownar in the historical romance Emma: A Victorian Romance. Her film work includes voicing Obaba in the Studio Ghibli classic Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Hii-sama in Princess Mononoke, Taeko's Mother in Only Yesterday, and Sakae Jinnouchi in the digital family drama Summer Wars.

Choi's voice can be heard in several other major anime series. In the Dragon Ball franchise, she has taken on multiple characters across different dubs, including Frieza, Android 17, adult Trunks, child Goku, and Videl.
