Description
Junior, also known as Piccolo or Piccolo Jr., is a Namekian who first appears as the final antagonist of the original Dragon Ball series before becoming a central protagonist in Dragon Ball Z. He is the reincarnation and final son of the evil Demon King Piccolo, created specifically to avenge his father's death at the hands of Goku. This origin positions him as a being born of pure vengeance, yet his journey throughout the series is defined by how he grows beyond this original purpose.
In his early appearances, Piccolo's personality mirrors that of his father: ruthless, cunning, and merciless. He shows no hesitation in breaking all of Goku's limbs during their championship fight and laughs at his opponent's suffering. However, a shift begins when he is forced into an uneasy alliance with Goku to fight the invading Saiyan Raditz.
