TV-Series
Description
Reese Drake is the older sister of Zoe Drake and assistant to paleontologist Dr. Spike Taylor at the D-Lab. She creates the Dino Holders, devices that summon and control dinosaurs, and later develops the DinoShot dinosaur card activator in the Nintendo DS game, providing periodic story updates to the player. She possesses a certified pilot's license.

She appears as an adult woman with long blonde hair, purple eyes, and consistently wears square-framed glasses, noted as integral to her appearance to the point of being unrecognizable without them. Her standard outfit is a green top, brown miniskirt, white lab coat, and dark red high heels.

Reese maintains a predominantly calm, quiet, and subtle demeanor, often speaking in a monotonic voice even during anger or embarrassment. She rarely displays overt emotions but shows annoyance or holds grudges when questioned or provoked. Analysis suggests ISTJ or INTJ personality traits, emphasizing logical reasoning, independence, strategic thinking, and a preference for working alone. She demonstrates physical strength, easily restraining Dr. Taylor.

Throughout the series, she provides technological support and oversight for the D-Team. During the initial conflict with the Spectral Space Pirates in the second season, she remains at the D-Lab before being taken hostage by Seth and his Cryolophosaurus. Her involvement in the broader conflict against the Pirates is largely facilitative rather than combative.

Her relationships include a professional partnership with Dr. Taylor and a familial bond with her sister, Zoe. Zander of the Alpha Gang develops romantic feelings for her; her reciprocation remains ambiguous, highlighted when she fails to recognize him without her glasses. She loves cake, and the Japanese dub states she has never had a boyfriend. Her name localizations include "Riasu Tatsuno" in Japanese and "Liz" in the Taiwanese arcade version, with "Drake" derived from the dragon-related kanji in her original surname.
