Bui is a major antagonist featured during the Dark Tournament saga, known as a formidable member of Team Toguro. His name is Japanese for military power, which reflects his role as a strong and stoic warrior.

Before becoming a member of Team Toguro, he challenged the younger Toguro brother to a fight and was completely defeated.
