Princess Vina is a character in the manga and anime series Dragon Half. She is the slime-half daughter of King Siva and Venus, a female slime, making her a halfbreed born from a human tyrant father and a slime mother. At her birth, her father went completely bald, losing the last hair on his head, and her mother died of a broken heart because of Vina's condition. Vina spent most of her life in the form of a slime creature, though she can appear as a teenage girl with long purple hair reaching past her hips and pink eyes.

Vina carries herself as a snooty and haughty individual who thinks highly of herself, fitting the archetype of a villainous princess. Despite her arrogant demeanor, she is not without sympathy, and she genuinely cares for her father, King Siva. Their interactions are more comical than hostile, and their regular affairs play out in a lighthearted manner rather than as a serious conflict.

Her central motivation is her romantic interest in the legendary dragon slayer and singer Dick Saucer. This places her in direct rivalry with the protagonist Mink, who also seeks Saucer's affections. Vina functions as Mink's competitor for Saucer's love, and Mink must take her into account as an obstacle alongside the other challenges of her journey.

In the manga, Vina studied magic from early childhood and is able to summon creatures. She plays an important role in the narrative for a significant stretch of the story, but after an incident involving Mink and her father occurs midway through the manga, her role gradually diminishes and she appears only occasionally afterward. Her most notable relationships are with her father, whom she sincerely cares for despite the comedic tone of their scenes, and with Mink, whose rivalry with Vina over Dick Saucer defines much of her involvement in the plot.
