Description
Touri Saiguu, formally known as Utena Saiguu Touri, inherits the legacy of the House of Saiguu, a noble family tracing its roots to the Westelande Imperial Dynasty and entrusted with ancient Kunie technology. His striking features include jet-black hair, crimson eyes, and a fit build honed through archery, with his left eye partially veiled by tousled bangs. His poise exudes aristocratic elegance, mirroring the bearing of certain peers.

Politically astute yet disillusioned by the Holy Empire Westelande Senate’s hostility toward the Eastal League, Touri pursued Yamato’s unification through strategic alliances. He converted Malves, a disgraced Westelande noble who failed to destabilize Akiba, into an ally against the Senate. Simultaneously, he aligned with Eins, a discontented Round Table leader, to bridge Eastal-Westelande divides and centralize Akiba’s governance by merging Eins’s influence with his own strategic vision.

A pivotal maneuver saw Touri propose marriage to Raynesia of Eastal to cement regional ties. Her public rejection during a tense Round Table meeting, followed by Shiroe’s counterstrategy to reactivate Akiba’s Transport Gate and rally Susukino voters, eroded Touri’s electoral edge. Though initially favored by the People of the Land, the surge of pro-Round Table support and looming Senate reprisals drove Touri, Eins, and Malves to retreat to the Saiguu stronghold near Lake Nio.

Later, Touri persisted in diplomatic circles, engaging Round Table delegates during Minami visits and collaborating with figures like Li Gan and Touya to advance Yamato’s unification. His activities in subsequent arcs remain sparingly detailed.

Official records initially transcribed his family name as "Saimiya," later amended to "Saiguu" to align with clarified phonetics, underscoring the series’ linguistic precision.
