TV-Series
Description
Nazuna is a Fox Tail adventurer and sub-guildmaster of the West Wind Brigade, possessing violet hair and matching pointy ears. She rarely displays her tails unlike other Fox Tails. Her tall, voluptuous physique from the real world carried into the game, bolstering her charisma as the de facto second-in-command. Before the game-world transition, she worked as a dental assistant.
Outside combat, she maintains a mellow, laid-back demeanor marked by a notable craving for alcohol that often leads to excessive drinking. Though generally showing more restraint than other guild members, she occasionally seeks affection points with Soujiro Seta. Aware of his faults, she actively works to ground him yet acknowledges limitations in fully guiding him, sometimes wishing figures like Shiroe or Kazuhiko were in the guild for support.
As a veteran player, she belonged to the legendary Debauchery Tea Party, renowned for completing raids and described as a reliable elder-sister type with a weakness for gambling. After the Tea Party disbanded, Soujiro invited her to co-found the West Wind Brigade with Saki and Yomi. She became trapped in the game world following the Homesteading the Noosphere expansion.
Throughout various arcs, she participates in key events: accompanying Soujiro to Round Table meetings, expressing annoyance at nobles fawning over him during the Goblin King conflict, and joining patrols during the Libra Festival. In the Fallen Guardian arc, she attends tea parties protecting Raynesia and mobilizes against Enbart Nelles after Kyouko's death. During the battle, she retreats with disabled guild members while Souji and Akatsuki cover their escape. Later, she confronts Akatsuki about solo tactics and joins the raid against Nelles. She uses her Overskill "Heavenly Road" to create footsteps luring Nelles away, buying time for Akatsuki to heal before the final strike, and celebrates the victory at a sleepover party. In the Noosphere arc, she assists in defeating the Genius Camaysar and joins the Shibuya Raid team.
Her equipment includes Rigged Dice (dice-shaped ornaments guaranteeing nine magical critical hits daily, though sealed due to her poor rolls), Avidya's Striking Figure (a katana strengthening barriers and casting speed, won via gambling), and a Mithril Katabira (a delicate undergarment). When intoxicated, she wears only the Mithril Katabira, prompting guild members to intervene before Soujiro notices.
In spin-off media, the *Log Horizon: The West Wind Brigade* manga emphasizes her romantic interest in Soujiro, contrasting the novels where it is downplayed. She appears briefly in *Log Horizon: Kanami, Go! East!* and recurs in *Nyanta's Fortune Recipes*, complaining to Shiroe and instigating a curry cook-off. Her in-game representations in the mobile game *Log Horizon: New Adventure Land* depict her in seasonal outfits like swimwear and festival wear, consistently highlighting her healer role, alcohol tolerance, and elder-sister dynamic within the guild.
Her specific activities in *Destruction of the Round Table* are not detailed beyond her established guild role and participation in the Shibuya Raid mentioned in prior arcs.
