Anairis Quiñones is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in English dubs of anime, as well as in video games and animated series. Born in Florida on September 16, 1997, she was raised in the central part of the state and is of Puerto Rican descent. Her interest in voice acting was sparked in 2003 after watching the English dub of Fullmetal Alchemist, particularly inspired by the performance of Laura Bailey. She began pursuing voice acting at the age of eleven through online communities and independent projects while completing her education.

Quiñones started her professional career in 2009 and booked her first anime role in 2018 as Crested Porcupine in Kemono Friends. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent shift to remote recording accelerated her career, allowing her to work on a wider range of projects from her home in Florida before relocating first to Texas and then to Los Angeles in 2022.

Quiñones has portrayed a wide variety of characters across numerous popular anime series. In the fantasy action series Record of Ragnarok, she voices Göll, the youngest of the Valkyrie sisters who supports the human champions in their tournament against the gods. She plays the role of Sharon Holygrail in the supernatural action series Engage Kiss. Her repertoire includes emotionally complex characters such as Rika Kawai in Wonder Egg Priority and the powerful witch Echidna in Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-. She voices the kind-hearted Yuki Yoshikawa in the romantic comedy Horimiya and the young Sandel in the fantasy drama To Your Eternity. In the Goblin Slayer franchise, she voices the character known as Noble Fencer in both the series and the film Goblin's Crown. She also lends her voice to Eno in I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level, Yelena in Attack on Titan The Final Season, Queen Medb in Fate/Grand Carnival, Sakura Miharutaki in Kakegurui Twin, and Liscia Elfrieden in How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom. Quiñones voices Miyuki Shiba in multiple entries of The Irregular at Magic High School franchise, including The Irregular at Magic High School: Reminiscence Arc and The Honor Student at Magic High School. In Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, she plays the kunoichi Hinatsuru. Her film work includes the role of Misumi Mito Tozawa in Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Aria of a Starless Night and the cursed spirit Rika Orimoto in Jujutsu Kaisen 0. She has also voiced Rei Togetsu in D4DJ First Mix, Nazuna in Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table, Yamada in Gal & Dino, and Nessa in the Pokémon: Twilight Wings web series.

Beyond anime, Quiñones has a significant presence in video games. She voices Kimberly in Street Fighter 6, Lynette in Genshin Impact, and Feixiao in Honkai: Star Rail. Her other prominent game roles include Tama in AI: The Somnium Files – Nirvana Initiative, Centi and Sugar in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, and several characters in the Fire Emblem Heroes mobile game. In western animation, she is known for her roles as Harriet Bree in Rooster Teeth's RWBY and as Poppy Rowan and Skyler Bradshaw in the Rainbow High series.

Quiñones's talent has been recognized with nominations for two Crunchyroll Anime Awards for Best Voice Actor Performance (English) in consecutive years: in 2021 for her role as Echidna in Re:Zero and in 2022 for her performance as Rika Kawai in Wonder Egg Priority.
