Hinatsuru is one of Tengen Uzui's three wives within the Demon Slayer Corps. She participates in the Entertainment District mission, infiltrating Kyogoku House undercover to gather intelligence on demon activities. Hinatsuru possesses black hair and exhibits a calm, dedicated demeanor, sharing noted personality similarities with Tanjiro Kamado. During the battle against Upper Rank demons Gyutaro and Daki, Hinatsuru employs wisteria poison to weaken Gyutaro, creating a brief vulnerability for her allies. Gyutaro retaliates by using his Blood Demon Art to vanish from Tengen Uzui's sight and reappear to assault her directly. Tanjiro and Uzui attempt an intervention but are obstructed by Daki's Belt, preventing them from reaching her in time. Hinatsuru forms part of a trio alongside Makio and Suma, collectively depicted as Tengen Uzui's wives actively supporting his missions.
