"Dorohedoro" is set in a dystopian world divided into three realms: the Hole, a grim, polluted city inhabited by humans; the Sorcerers' world, a dimension where magic users reside; and Hell, a mysterious realm connected to both. The narrative centers on Caiman, a man with a reptilian head and no memory of his past, who seeks to uncover his true identity and the cause of his transformation. Caiman is aided by his close friend Nikaido, a skilled martial artist and owner of a small restaurant in the Hole. Together, they hunt sorcerers, whom they believe hold the key to Caiman's condition.
