Pascal Breuer is an Austrian actor and voice actor born on July 26, 1966, in Munich. He began his acting career at a young age, appearing on stage at 13 and making his film debut in 1980. He pursued formal training at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule in Munich from the age of 17, completing his studies in 1986. In addition to his work in theatre, film, and television, Breuer has built an extensive career in voice acting, lending his voice to numerous characters in German dubs of anime series and films. He is also active as a dialogue director for German adaptations, with credits including One Piece and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal.

Breuer is known in the anime community for a wide range of roles. He is the German voice of the demon Sesshomaru across the InuYasha television series, its final act, and all four films, as well as the sequel series Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon. He also voiced Portgas D. Ace in the long-running series One Piece. In the comedy series Mob Psycho 100 and its sequels, he voices the charismatic con artist Arataka Reigen. He portrays the cunning god Loki in Record of Ragnarok, the noble Villar Constance in Record of Grancrest War, and the powerful entity Yggdrasill in the Tales of Symphonia The Animation OVA series. His other notable anime roles include Shin in Dorohedoro, Nico in Drifting Dragons, Bayler Barn in Godzilla Singular Point, Combatant Number 6 in Combatants Will Be Dispatched!, and Neflite in the classic Sailor Moon.

Beyond these, Breuer's voice can be heard in a wide variety of other series, including Carole & Tuesday, Overlord II and III, The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Reincarnated as a Sword, and Shaman King. He has also provided voices in animated series outside of anime, such as Mr. Stewart in Sonic X. In addition to his animation work, he is well-known as the longstanding German dubbing voice for the Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan.
