Miguel Angel Ruiz is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director born on August 15, 1988. His interest in dubbing began in childhood, leading him to study under renowned actor Luis Alfonso Mendoza at his studio, ArtSpot, starting in 2007. This training launched a career in which he has become a prominent figure in Latin American Spanish dubbing for anime, animated series, and films.

Ruiz has lent his voice to a wide array of anime characters. He is recognized for roles such as Franky Franklin in Spy×Family, L'Arc Berg in The Rising of The Shield Hero, Shū Iura in Horimiya, Katsuhiko Teshigawara in your name., Nakai in Teasing Master Takagi-san, and Dr. Hedo in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
