TV-Series
Description
Kibi is a student at Cherryton Academy and a minor character in the series. He is an anteater who serves as a member of the stage crew for the drama club, specifically working on costumes and behind-the-scenes production.

In terms of appearance, Kibi is a young anteater with a robust body and short stature. His fur is entirely gray, and he has a characteristically long snout with a small mouth at its tip, along with small, dark eyes and small, round ears. He is typically seen wearing the standard male school uniform, which consists of a white dress shirt under an indigo vest, a dark gray tie, black suspenders, and gray pants featuring darker vertical stripes.

Kibi is generally kind, calm, and responsible. He is observant of his surroundings and is not afraid to point out when something seems out of place, showing a genuine care for his classmates' well-being. However, he also has a tendency to be easily influenced by rumors and can display a hesitant, even timid, side when faced with potentially troublesome situations. This aspect of his personality is most evident in his early interactions with Haru, a dwarf rabbit. Having heard rumors about her sexual promiscuity, Kibi becomes frightened of her reputation. When he accompanies Legoshi to the gardening club to fetch flowers, he quickly invents an excuse to leave, abandoning Legoshi to avoid any personal entanglement with her.

His role in the story, while minor, provides important narrative moments regarding the relationship between herbivores and carnivores. A pivotal event occurs when his carnivore classmate, Tao, is helping him with stretching exercises. Tao accidentally uses too much force and tears off one of Kibi's arms. In the terrifying aftermath, a pained and panicked Kibi refuses to let any carnivore carry him to the infirmary except for Legoshi, whom he trusts. This event serves as a central point for his development. While recovering in the hospital where his arm is surgically reattached, he receives a visit from a guilt-ridden Tao. Though Tao is afraid to come close, Kibi calls him over. He directly asks Tao to touch his hand, explaining that he does not want to live the rest of his life fearing carnivores. This act of bravery and forgiveness allows him to overcome his trauma and reconcile with Tao, mending their relationship. Following this, they are shown to have become good friends, with Kibi continuing his work with the drama club.

Due to his species being a myrmecophage, Kibi has a long, cylindrical tongue and a highly developed sense of smell, though these traits are not central to his role in the story.
