Ryōhei Kimura is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and singer born on July 30, 1984, in Tokyo. He began his career in entertainment at the age of three in 1987, joining the Himawari Theatre Group where he trained as a child actor. His early work included minor roles in television dramas, commercials, and stage productions, with his professional voice acting debut occurring in 1996. He remains affiliated with the Himawari Theatre Group throughout his career.

Kimura has built a prolific career with a wide range of voice roles in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. He is known for his versatility, convincingly portraying characters that range from affable and kind to extreme and unstable, often within the bishōnen archetype. His performance as Kodaka Hasegawa in the anime series Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, among other roles, earned him the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 6th Seiyu Awards in 2012.

His extensive filmography includes many prominent roles. He voices Ryouta Kise in the Kuroko's Basketball series, Kōtarō Bokuto in Haikyū!!, and Satoru Nishimura in the long-running Natsume Yūjin-Chō series. Other significant anime roles include Kohei Imamura in Grand Blue, Yugo Hachiken in Silver Spoon, Kaoru Nishimi in Kids on the Slope, Shōma Takakura in Mawaru Penguindrum, Hideki Hinata in Angel Beats!, Akira Takizawa in Eden of the East, and L-Elf Karlstein in Valvrave the Liberator. He also voices Alice Asmodeus in Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, Leon in the ONA Good Night World, and has taken on roles such as Abe no Seimei in Onmyō Kaiten Re:verse. His work extends to video games where he is known for voicing Tartaglia in Genshin Impact, Sorey in Tales of Zestiria, and Joshua Kiryu in The World Ends with You series.

Beyond anime, Kimura is also a singer and is part of the musical unit Trignal, formed under the Kiramune label alongside fellow voice actors Takuya Eguchi and Tsubasa Yonaga. He has also co-hosted radio shows with other voice actors, including Nobuhiko Okamoto for Dengeki Girl's Smile.
