Her 2022 credits included Paū Nekoyanagi in Sabikui Bisco, Enoki Yukigaya in Tribe Nine, and her first lead protagonist role as Nagomi Wahei in the original television anime Akiba Maid War. She also voiced Eta in The Eminence in Shadow that year, later reprising the role for its second season.
Kondo's work extends into ongoing franchise roles. She voices Hiori Kazano in The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors multimedia project, Aru Rikuhachima in the Blue Archive game and its anime adaptation, and has appeared in numerous other series including Those Snow White Notes, World Dai Star, and the various entries in the Yuki Yuna is a Hero franchise. Her filmography also includes roles in World Trigger, Dropout Idol Fruit Tart, and the Kaiju Girls series.
In addition to her voice acting career, Kondo launched her solo singing career in 2021 under Nippon Columbia. Her debut single, Sakura Maichiru Yoru ni, served as the ending theme for Battle Athletes Victory ReSTART!. She has also performed as part of the unit STARTails☆ with her Slow Start co-stars, performing the series opening and ending themes.
Kondo maintains several personal hobbies and skills, including classical Japanese dance, the ability to speak in Kansai dialect, and playing badminton. Her nickname, Reirei, was chosen by viewers of a web program in which she appeared.
