Shūkan Ranobe Anime is an anthology television series that presents four unrelated original stories, each created by a different prominent light novel author. The anthology opens with Shōshin Time Leap by Nigojū. This story follows Miri Wakana, a young woman navigating the emotional turmoil of heartbreak. She discovers an ability to leap backward through time, not to change grand events, but to revisit and re-examine the small, pivotal moments in her relationship with Takashi Wase. As she journeys through her memories, Miri is forced to confront her own regrets and misunderstandings, ultimately seeking closure and a chance to move forward.

The second story, Femme Fatale Ikusei Keikaku by Hyūganatsu, shifts to a comedic and romantic tone. Hiroki Adagawa, an ordinary young man, finds himself entangled in an elaborate scheme to transform three shy and unassuming sisters, Kazane, Tsukino, and Yukiko Kurahashi, into captivating femme fatales. With the help of his friends Yamada and Suzuki, Hiroki must navigate a series of lessons in charm and confidence, all while dealing with the unpredictable results and the growing romantic tension that complicates the project.

The third segment, Jack the Reaper by Tappei Nagatsuki, takes a darker turn. This action-driven narrative centers on Gokurō Tokishiro, a formidable fighter, and Komachi Nadazaka, a girl with a mysterious past. They exist in a violent world where individuals known as Reapers battle for survival. The story follows their volatile partnership as they confront powerful adversaries like Hayato Yazukibaya and Iwao Kendō, unraveling a conspiracy that threatens to upend the brutal order of their society.

The final story is Marie Antoinette ni Tensei Shita node, Zenryoku de Guillotine wo Kaihi Shimasu by Shōko Amano. This is a historical fantasy in which the protagonist is reincarnated as the doomed French queen, Marie Antoinette. Armed with the knowledge of her impending execution, the new Antoinette uses her wit and understanding of history to navigate the treacherous politics of the court of Versailles. She must contend with figures like King Louis, the charming Charles, and the antagonistic Madame du Barry, all while forging an unexpected path to alter her fate and avoid the guillotine.
