Takeo Ōtsuka is a Japanese voice actor born in Tokyo on October 19, 1992. He is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. After graduating from the Japan Narration Acting Institute, he made his professional debut in 2016. His career gained momentum with his first major leading role as Kakeru Kurahara in the 2018 sports anime Run with the Wind. In 2020, Ōtsuka was one of the recipients of the Best New Actor Award at the 14th Seiyu Awards, an honor that recognizes promising up-and-coming talent in the voice acting industry.
Ōtsuka has built a diverse filmography, taking on a wide range of characters across numerous anime television series, films, and video games. His notable anime roles include Lauda Neill in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, Leon Fou Bartfort in Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs, Hyōma Kunato in Malevolent Spirits: Mononogatari, Kanata in Synduality: Noir, Haru Tennōji in Trillion Game, Eiichiro Kokuto in Oblivion Battery, Aoi Nanamori in The Demon Prince of Momochi House, Ōshi Ashioki in A Sign of Affection, and Tsukasa Akeuraji in Medalist.
