Kaito Ishikawa is a Japanese voice actor born on October 13, 1993, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Stay Luck. Ishikawa's interest in performance began in elementary school, and he decided to pursue a career as a voice actor during high school. He funded his own tuition at the Pro-Fit Voice Actor Training School through part-time jobs after his parents initially opposed the idea. He made his anime debut in 2012 with a minor role in the series Waiting in the Summer.

Ishikawa's first leading role came in 2013 as Ledo in the science fiction series Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet. This performance helped establish him as a rising talent in the industry. He followed this with prominent roles such as Tobio Kageyama in the long-running sports anime Haikyu!!, a role he began in 2014 and has reprised across multiple seasons and films. In 2015, he was cast as the cyborg hero Genos in the massively popular action-comedy series One-Punch Man.

Throughout his career, Ishikawa has voiced a wide array of characters in major anime franchises. He plays Tenya Iida, the class representative and Ingenium, in My Hero Academia. He is also known for his roles as the sharp-witted Sakuta Azusagawa in Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai and the embattled protagonist Naofumi Iwatani in The Rising of the Shield Hero. His filmography includes the role of Jin Enjoji in Dandadan, Noé Archiviste in The Case Study of Vanitas, Lance Crown in Mashle: Magic and Muscles, and Kiyoka Kudō in My Happy Marriage. He also voiced Shinta Takagi in the critically acclaimed film Your Name..

Ishikawa's talent has been recognized with two major industry awards from the Seiyu Awards. In 2014, he won the Best Rookie Actor Award. Later, in 2020, he received the Best Supporting Actor Award for his performances. He was previously associated with the agency Pro-Fit until its closure, after which he joined Stay Luck in February 2022. Based on credits from Behind the Voice Actors, his most frequent voice acting collaborations have been with fellow voice actors Yuichi Nakamura, Yūki Kaji, Junichi Suwabe, and Tomokazu Sugita.
