Description
Kōki Suidō, son of 24th Ward Mayor Gori Suidō and heir to the Suido Zaibatsu, sports vibrant green hair. He forms one-third of the childhood trio "RGB," named for their hair colors, alongside Shuta Aoi (blue) and Ran Akagi (red). His younger sister, Asumi Suidō, was also part of this close group. Intensive training from youth forged his consistently calm, collected, and responsible demeanor, marked by academic excellence and natural leadership.

Kōki prioritizes logic, order, and systemic adherence. He struggles with criticism and maintains emotional distance, habitually suppressing feelings to project maturity. This tendency deepens after Asumi dies in a school fire one year before the main events. Publicly, he insists on moving forward, showing impatience with Shuta's belief in Asumi's survival. Privately, he harbors unresolved anger and guilt over failing to protect her, often lashing out when reminded.

His actions are heavily influenced by family. His powerful father, Gori, implemented the Hazard Cast surveillance system, which Kōki initially supports, causing friction with the anti-government Ran. His late mother, Kanae Suidō, was an elementary school teacher dedicated to justice; her ideals and her connection to the anti-technology graffiti mentor Kuchikiri (0th) later complicate Kōki's loyalty to his father's policies.

After a memorial for Asumi, Kōki receives a phone call from her number, alongside Shuta and Ran. This contact grants him sporadic visions of imminent, life-threatening events. He uses these to intervene in crises, like preventing a train disaster, yet remains skeptical about Asumi's continued existence despite direct communication.

Later, Kōki discovers his father used Asumi's preserved brain as Hazard Cast's central processing unit. This revelation shatters his trust in the system he defended. Confronting his father brings profound betrayal. In the climax, Kōki joins Shuta and Ran to reach Asumi's digitized consciousness within Hazard Cast. He acknowledges her suffering and supports her choice to end her limbo state, finding closure by accepting her departure.

Kōki's journey concludes with a commitment to rebuild the 24th Ward's governance without exploiting Asumi's legacy. He reconciles family loyalty with his moral principles, moving beyond anger and guilt toward balanced leadership focused on genuine protection.
