César Marchetti is a Brazilian voice actor with a prolific career in dubbing, particularly renowned for his work in anime. He was born in São Paulo on June 11, 1969, and was raised in Santo André. Before entering the world of dubbing, Marchetti built a solid foundation in theater. He worked with companies in the ABC Paulista region from 1991 to 2009 and is a graduate of the Fundação das Artes. His transition to voice acting occurred in 1996 after meeting fellow actor and voice artist Adriano Garib while performing in a production of "King Lear" with Paulo Autran's company. Garib introduced him to the Álamo studio, marking the beginning of his dubbing career.

Marchetti's voice is widely recognized across numerous major anime and animation franchises. He is the voice of Shota Aizawa in the global hit My Hero Academia and its associated projects, and he voices Metal Knight in One Punch Man. He has a long-standing association with the Sailor Moon franchise, where he voices Mamoru Chiba, also known as Tuxedo Mask, in various series and the feature film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. His work also includes roles in Mob Psycho 100 II as Covinhas, and in Record of Ragnarok as Heimdall. Marchetti has also lent his voice to characters in Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time, The Vampire Dies in No Time, Megalobox 2: Nomad, Sk8 the Infinity, Shaman King, and many others.

In the world of live-action and Western animation, he is the voice of Toby Flenderson in The Office and Migs Mayfeld in The Mandalorian. He is also well-known for voicing Soos in Gravity Falls, Glossaryck in Star vs. the Forces of Evil, and Sr. Edson in the Brazilian original animation Irmão do Jorel.

In 2008, he won the Oscar da Dublagem (Brazilian Dubbing Oscar) in the category of Best Supporting Voice Actor - People's Choice for his performance as Radamanthys in the Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Inferno series.
