Kieran Regan is an American voice actor born on August 20, 1998, in Corona, California. He is known for his work in English dubs of anime series and video games. Regan discovered his interest in theatre during his junior year at the University of Kansas, which led him to pursue a career in performance.

Regan has provided voices for a range of prominent anime series. He is perhaps best known for the role of Rio, also known as Haruto Amakawa, the protagonist of the fantasy series Seirei Gensouki - Spirit Chronicles. He has voiced this character across multiple seasons of the show. He also voiced the character AAAAA, whose real name is Asuma Arima, in the 2023 Netflix anime series Good Night World. In the sports anime The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup, Regan voiced the French player Leopold Camus de Charpentier. His other notable anime roles include Lancelot Norman in Rising Impact, Satoru Seto in Honey Lemon Soda, Takayuki Tanaka in Kimi ni Todoke, Fohl in The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3, and Yuo Goha in Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS.

In addition to his anime work, Regan has an extensive career in video game voice acting. He is widely recognized for voicing the popular character Shikanoin Heizou in Genshin Impact. He also voices Andy Bogard in both Street Fighter 6 and the upcoming game Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
