Kuina, known as Indicus, is a level 90 Elf Sorcerer-Elder Maid and a veteran of the Elder Tales world. She was a member of the legendary Debauchery Tea Party before its disbandment. Following the Tea Party's end, Indicus became the second-in-command of the guild Plant Hywaden, which controls Minami. She secretly manipulated the guild's nominal leader, Nureha, as a figurehead and was its true leader.

Indicus is driven by deep-seated resentment towards Kanami, whom she blames for the Tea Party's dissolution; this bitterness extends to other former members like Naotsugu, though her grudge against Kanami is strongest. Her personality craves control and delights in dominating others. She openly reveled in the Tea Party's notoriety, frequently visiting anonymous boards to observe and mock others' envy. She dismissed weaker players with contempt, viewing their frustrations as entertainment. Shiroe notes her current demeanor contrasts sharply with her past self.

As the effective ruler of Plant Hywaden, Indicus secured the allegiance of the Senate to control the Holy Empire of Westelande. While Nureha held the guild leader title, Indicus made the key decisions until Nureha began asserting independence. Indicus's ultimate ambition is to dominate the entire Yamato server. To achieve this, she orchestrates political schemes, aligning with the Holy Empire of Westelande to instigate war against Eastal and Akiba. She actively opposes Nureha's attempts to cooperate with Akiba's Round Table Council, seeking to destabilize potential alliances.

Indicus believes power justifies any means, viewing control as an end in itself. She sees Elder Tale as a stage for her dominance, leveraging guild politics and military aggression to expand her influence across the server.
