Description
Lizé is a supporting character in the anime Log Horizon and a member of the Crescent Moon Alliance guild in the city of Akihabara. In the virtual world of Elder Tale, she takes on the role of a scribe, specializing in recording and organizing information about quests, monsters, and events to help her guild plan effectively. Behind her composed and diligent exterior, she is a high school student in the real world, which gives her a tendency to put on a brave front and act more mature than she truly feels. Her personality is disciplined and thorough, with a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, making her well-suited for her duties as the coordinator of the instructional unit that trains new adventurers in large-scale combat tactics and teamwork. She is deeply loyal to her guild and friends, always ready to assist without seeking recognition.

Her motivations stem from a desire to contribute meaningfully to the stability and safety of Akihabara, as well as a wish to protect those she cares about. Within the Crescent Moon Alliance, Lizé develops close bonds with fellow members, and she holds a particular admiration for Krusty, the guild master of D.D.D., which hints at underlying romantic feelings. This admiration sometimes leads her to be teased by her male colleagues, but it also fuels her determination to prove herself. During the serial killer incident in Akihabara, she takes on a leadership role in planning and executing the strategy to capture the culprit, showcasing her tactical acumen and ability to remain calm under pressure. She also participates in the regular tea gatherings with other key female characters, including Henrietta, Marielle, and Princess Lenessia, which strengthens her social network and adds a layer of personal growth as she learns to balance duty with friendship.

Over the course of the series, Lizé evolves from a background administrator into a more active combatant and planner, gaining confidence in her own abilities. She possesses the rare skill known as the Cheiron Tablet, a type of oral tradition that enhances her knowledge of the game's systems, allowing her to devise innovative strategies. Her role in the story is primarily as a reliable support figure who bridges administrative work and direct action, contributing to the overall governance of Akihabara and the defense of its citizens. Through her experiences, she matures in both her professional competence and her emotional understanding, ultimately becoming a respected and trusted member of the community.
