Disillusioned over time, he now seeks to obliterate dueling entirely. This dual identity cements him as the central antagonist, his history tracing a descent from idealism to tyranny.

In the final confrontation, Yuo battles protagonist Yuga Ohdo in space, unleashing his ultimate weapon: the Maximum Fusion Monster "Supreme Machine Magnum Overlord." Defeated by Yuga, he vanishes alongside him into the past for two years. Post-defeat, his legacy endures indirectly; his past creation of Rush Duels establishes the foundation for *Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!*, though his temporal actions leave his original timeline unchanged.
