Description
Lubicchi is a young chimney sweep from the town of Chimney Town, and he serves as the emotional core of the film. After the disappearance of his best friend Poupelle, a magical being made of trash, Lubicchi is consumed by sorrow and struggles to move forward. The loss mirrors the earlier death of his father Bruno, and Lubicchi clings to memories and keepsakes, unable to let go of the past. His grief is so profound that it leads him to accidentally wander into a mysterious realm known as the Thousand-Year Fortress, a world where time itself has frozen at 11:59.
