Description
Neon Wozniak is a supporting character in Alma-chan Wants to Be a Family!. She is the elegant and graceful daughter of the president of Wozniak Electronics, a global military technology conglomerate. Her refined demeanor and sophisticated appearance, with very long blonde hair and blue eyes, initially give her the air of a high-class young lady. Beneath that composed exterior, however, lies a determined and obsessive individual who is accustomed to using her family’s corporate power to get what she wants.

Neon’s primary motivation is her deep fascination with Alma, the autonomous learning android. She is intensely attracted to Alma’s beauty, advanced capabilities, and unique nature as a combat-oriented machine. This obsession drives her to transfer to Alma’s elementary school, where she can be close to her target. Secretly, Neon uses the satellite network and surveillance resources of Wozniak Electronics to constantly monitor Alma’s movements and activities, tracking her across the globe. She waits patiently for the perfect opportunity to make Alma her own, displaying a possessiveness that borders on stalking.

In the story, Neon acts as a recurring external threat or rival who complicates Alma’s peaceful daily life. Her ability to leverage advanced technology and corporate assets gives her a significant advantage in surveillance and information gathering. She does not engage in direct combat but relies on intelligence and manipulation. Her key relationship is with Alma, whom she views as an object of desire rather than a person. She has minimal direct interaction with Alma’s creators, Enji Kamisato and Suzume Yobane, but is aware of their role. Over the course of the series, Neon’s obsession does not fundamentally change, though she may be forced to adapt her methods as Alma and her family become aware of her surveillance. No notable personal development or shift in her core motivations is evident from the available information. Her notable ability is her access to and mastery of her family’s vast technological and logistical network, which she uses to track Alma and pursue her goals.
