Description
Comet is a young woman who becomes part of the crew starting from the seventh loop. Her origins lie on Volmer, a planet that advocates a return to nature, which has shaped her into a bold and untamed individual. This upbringing on a harsh, high-mortality world is the reason for her survivalist instincts and her vibrant, unconventional appearance, which features revealing clothing and fluorescent, tattoo-like patterns across her body. These markings are not decorative; they are actually a symbiotic slime mold from her home planet.

Personality wise, Comet is exceptionally outgoing, honest, and lively, often serving as a mood maker among the more reserved crew members. She is playful, sociable, and courageous to the point of being reckless, showing little concern for social consequences or personal safety. Her defining trait is her incredible intuition. She possesses an almost supernatural ability to detect lies and identify Gnosia, relying purely on gut feeling rather than logic or evidence. Ironically, while she can easily spot deception in others, she is terrible at lying herself, a fact she is aware of.

This imbalance between her abilities defines her role in the story and the social deduction games. As a human, Comet is a powerful asset because her accurate suspicions can quickly expose the Gnosia. However, her complete lack of logic and poor acting skills mean she cannot convincingly present her case, often leading other crew members to dismiss her accusations as random or emotional. Consequently, she is frequently voted into cold sleep early in the loop, especially on the first day, as her unfiltered and baseless accusations make her an easy target. When she is Gnosia, her inability to deceive makes her a liability to her own team, as she is usually caught immediately, leading to an event where she acknowledges her own incompetence in the role.

Her key relationships are primarily with Chipie, the cat-fused crew member. Comet escaped her dangerous home planet as a stowaway on Chipie's cargo ship, and he helped her flee, creating a deep bond of gratitude between them. Her other notable relationships are more general; she is friendly and likely to propose alliances with almost anyone, viewing cooperation as a key survival strategy.

Through events in the game, her backstory and development are revealed. It is discovered that she dreams of one day becoming the captain of her own starship. The symbiotic fungus on her skin is also explored; it is a living organism that will go berserk and attack humans if its host dies. Over time, her seemingly random accusations prove to be grounded in an unerring instinct, establishing her as a creature of pure intuition in a game of logic and deception, making her one of the most unpredictable yet honest members of the crew.
