Cat Protano is an American voice actor based in Los Angeles, California, known for her work in anime, animation, and video games. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, she studied journalism at Suffolk University before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a career in voiceover.

Protano has been credited in several prominent anime and animated series. She voices the character Tiadosia Tiger Kallister, the older sister of Lucidien Luke Kallister, in the English adaptation of the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens. She also provided the English voice for Ohara, a flutist student, in the Pokémon: Paldean Winds web miniseries produced by Wit Studio. Additional anime credits include the role of Aria Shibuya in Love Live! Superstar!!.

In addition to her work in anime, Protano has an extensive portfolio in video game voice acting. Her roles include Misha and Pearl in Honkai: Star Rail, Skirk and Setaria in Genshin Impact, Marie in Persona 5 Tactica, and Virtuosa in Arknights.
