Description
Noah is a professional contract killer introduced as a threat to Arthur Lewis Zetes. Originally hired by Arthur’s jealous stepbrother, Maynard, to eliminate Arthur, Noah quickly develops a fascination with Marie Evans. Rather than focusing solely on his original target, he begins setting clever, teasing traps designed specifically for Marie, testing her abilities and drawing her attention. He is recognized as a top-tier assassin, capable of effortlessly outmaneuvering even Marie, who is an accomplished martial artist. Physically, Noah has short black hair, blue-green eyes, and is often seen wearing a suit with suspenders, a tie, and gloves; a small mole near his mouth is a notable feature.

Personality-wise, he is enigmatic and teasing, taking pleasure in his games with Marie. His motivations shift from a simple assassination contract to a personal, almost obsessive interest in Marie. This is reflected in his actions: he eventually backs out of his job for her, which damages his reputation in the assassin underworld. He shows a protective side, stating that he does not want to see Marie hurt and that no one gets in her way, indicating that his feelings evolve into genuine care. His key relationships include his initial employer Maynard, his main target Arthur (though he interacts with him less directly), and most significantly Marie, toward whom he develops a twisted obsession that later softens into a romantic interest. In the story, Noah serves as a significant obstacle and a wildcard; he is not merely a villain but a character who undergoes development by prioritizing his feelings for Marie over his professional obligations. His abilities include exceptional combat skill, clever planning, and the capacity to set intricate traps that challenge even Marie’s strength and wits.
