Description
Boris Cliff acts as trainer to Nazuna Hiwatashi and commands the Silver Wolf Order cult. He possesses long blond hair and a square jaw, consistently wearing a teal priest uniform adorned with a prominent white star insignia, a white coat, gray gloves, and a yellow belt. A distinctive blue-gray mask featuring wolf-themed embellishments perpetually conceals his face. Corruption by Nirvasyl Syndrome grants him a beast form: a multi-headed snake with crimson eyes and sharp fangs.

His personality reflects cold calculation, manipulation, and opportunism. He exploits chaotic events, like Jackie's witch trial, to recruit followers and seize territory for the cult within Anima City's Slums. He exhibits unsettling possessiveness toward Nazuna, often caressing her as if she were a controlled object. Under Nirvasyl Syndrome's influence, this escalates into violent impulses, including an attempt to murder her after she breaches their alliance, with implications of darker intentions such as sexual assault.

Boris first intervened in Nazuna’s life following her transformation into a beastman, breaking her out of a research facility and training her to refine her transformation abilities. He later integrated her into the Silver Wolf Order, where she adopted the identity of Déesse Louve, a supposed wolf deity. Boris operates as her primary handler while orchestrating the cult’s activities from the shadows.

Accompanying Nazuna and the Silver Wolf Order into Anima City, Boris strategically ingratiated the cult with the marginalized residents of the Slums. He leveraged Nazuna’s perceived divine status to secure an audience with Mayor Rose, though initial sanctuary was denied due to objections from Sylvasta Pharmaceuticals. During a subsequent rally outside the medical center, Boris directed the cult in prayer just as the terrorist Meteor attacked Alan Sylvasta. Nazuna’s intervention—revealing her winged form—allowed Boris to frame the event as Ginrou’s grace, pressuring Alan into granting the cult permanent residence.

Boris later visited the imprisoned researcher Hiromu Yaba under the guise of religious counseling. After dismissing authorities, he confronted Yaba, hinting at a prior encounter and mocking the researcher’s crimes. Boris declared his intent to "expose his sin," alluding to knowledge that could further incriminate Yaba with Alan Sylvasta. Shortly after this meeting, Yaba mutated into a rampaging beastman, with Boris observed watching the destruction from a distance.
