TV-Series
Description
Elfaria Albis Serfort is a central figure in her story, recognized as a magical genius of unparalleled caliber. At only fifteen years old, she achieved the highest rank a mage can attain, becoming the youngest ever member of the five supreme mages known as the Magia Vander, a position that makes her the ultimate goal for students at the Regarden Magical Academy. She is publicly revered by many names, including the Princess of Frost and the Saint, reflecting her extraordinary power, elegant beauty, and the distant, perfect image she projects to the world.

Born on December 24th and standing 163 centimeters tall, Elfaria has long light blue hair and blue eyes. Her background is deeply intertwined with the protagonist, Will Serfort. Both were abandoned as infants and left at the same orphanage, forging an inseparable childhood bond. From a very young age, her magical talent was astonishingly apparent. At just two years old, she invented her first original spell, Ars Weiss, which she used to create ten clones of herself simply to play with Will. This precocious ability was a sign of things to come, as she would later create a total of twelve original spells, an unprecedented achievement that earned her the middle name Albis.

While her public persona is that of a perfect and graceful saint, Elfaria’s true personality is dramatically different, a stark contrast known only to those closest to her. In private, she is the embodiment of laziness, often described as childish and slovenly. She spends most of her time in the tower, sleeping excessively, neglecting her official duties, and delegating all leadership responsibilities of the Ice Faction to her long-suffering second-in-command, Sarissa Alfeld. Her personal habits, such as sleeping without clothes and a deep aversion to leaving her room or doing any work, constantly frustrate her attendants. This laziness, however, is secondary to her all-consuming obsession with Will Serfort, whom she has loved since childhood.

Her motivations are overwhelmingly centered on Will. As children, they made a solemn promise to one day stand together at the top of the tower, the seat of the Magia Vander, and watch the sunset. This promise is the driving force of her life. While she waits for him, she constantly monitors his progress from her tower, using her magic to watch over him. Her love for Will is intense, possessive, and jealous; she has openly declared him to be her bride, sleeps with dolls modeled after him, and reacts with hostility toward any rival for his affection. Much of the powerful magic she created was invented with the explicit purpose of protecting or monopolizing him, such as the spell Mildas Froiderite, a barrier designed to freeze anyone who gets close, which she jokingly admits was made so Will could not escape her embrace.

Her role in the story is that of the ultimate goal and a distant, powerful ally to Will. She is not an active participant in the daily events at the academy but rather a constant, watchful presence from above. As the leader of the Ice Faction and a Magia Vander, she holds immense political and military power, which she sometimes manipulates from behind the scenes to influence events in Will’s favor. Her relationship with Will is the narrative's emotional core. She is one of the few people who has never looked down on him for his inability to use magic, remembering his bravery and kindness from their childhood when his own hidden power saved her life. The connection is not just emotional but also practical, as their powers are uniquely compatible, allowing Will to channel her magic through his sword.

In terms of development, Elfaria’s journey has largely been her rapid ascent to the top. While her core personality remains consistent, a moment of growth occurs when she offers to release Will from their promise, believing it to be an impossible burden for someone without magic. His determined refusal and renewed vow to reach her only deepens her love and resolve to wait for him, no matter how long it takes. Her character thus evolves from a simple childhood promise into a patient, unwavering, and fiercely protective devotion.

As a mage, Elfaria’s abilities are virtually unrivaled. She is a master of both water and ice magic, capable of casting almost all spells from these schools, including high-tier and supreme-grade spells, often without the need for incantations. Her signature collection of spells is the Elfaria Glacius Frosse, also known as the Twelve Secret Arts of Ice. The most famous of these is the first art, Ars Weiss, which allows her to create multiple autonomous clones of herself. These clones can act independently, cast their own magic, and even continue chanting spells if the original is interrupted, a technique known as inherited chanting, making it nearly impossible to stop her once she begins casting. Her other powerful spells include Fruzel Cardeneia, which summons a massive cathedral of ice to obliterate swarms of enemies, and the prime magic spell Glacia Last Albis, which conjures a devastating ice phoenix. Wielding the staff Albis Vina and wearing the Holy Shroud of Diamond Dust, she is a force capable of defeating another of the Magia Vander in single combat and fighting another to a standstill, cementing her status as the most powerful mage of her generation.
