Description
Curry Cook is a character who appears in the Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc, originally introduced as one of the three Brutal Chojin participating in the 20th Chojin Olympics and the first serious opponent of the protagonist, Kinnikuman.

His background reveals a tragic dimension beneath his villainous role. Originally a young chojin from India named Singh, he studied Mala Wrestling under a master named Ajantha. After breaking a vow to control his rage in order to save a young girl from another Brutal Chojin, he was forced to embrace his own anger, killing his enemy and becoming a Brutal Chojin himself. The curry bowl he wears on his head, made by the girl he rescued, became his permanent mala, or prayer beads, symbolizing his transformation. This history shapes his personality significantly. Despite his sadistic and brutal fighting methods and his seemingly insane behavior, Curry Cook is in truth a sad and lonely man. He accepts the title of "brutal chojin" with great grief and strives to live up to the expectations of the masses, who view him as a merciless and hated villain in his matches.

In the Perfect Origin Arc, Curry Cook is present at the Fan Appreciation Day held at Meiji Jingu Stadium, where he runs a stall selling his special curry. When a mysterious group of Perfect Chojin suddenly descends from the sky and frightens the children in attendance, he joins the other chojin in confronting them. After seeing Tileman defeated and humiliated by Strong the Budo, Curry Cook and Benkiman leap into action to fight. However, they are swiftly defeated and, as a result of the Perfect Chojin's power, are transformed into humans, losing their chojin abilities. For a period following this event, he remains a powerless spectator. It is later shown that he somehow manages to return to his chojin form, though the means by which he does so are not explained. Later in the arc, he joins the fight against the invading Omega Centauri's Six Spears, where he battles Mariquitaman but ultimately falls in combat.

Key relationships in his story include his connection to Skyman, who showed great curiosity towards the Brutal Chojin and their way of life. After Curry Cook explained what it meant to be a brutal and hated chojin, Skyman asked him to form a tag team, creating an unusual alliance. He also fights alongside Benkiman during the initial Perfect Chojin invasion. His abilities are centered around his unique appearance and martial arts style. He wears a yellow robe and is completely bald with brown skin, but his most notable feature is the curry bowl he wears on his head, which represents his spicy and hot-blooded nature and is central to several of his techniques. His wrestling style is Mala Wrestling. His trademark techniques include the Allspice Shield, where he throws curry at an opponent's face; the Garam Masala Thumbing, which involves rubbing curry into an opponent's eyes to blind them; the Mandala Fireball, where he bends his body into a ball and slams into the opponent; and the Ganges Breaker, a torture rack backbreaker. Other named techniques include Curry Roux Gouging, Demolition Asana, and Charkha Sting.
