Description
Arajin Tomoshibi is the main character who finds himself navigating a turbulent return to his old hometown. After a five-year absence, he moves back with his mother, and together they run a Chinese restaurant called Chu Chu. His father is absent from the picture, though Arajin credits his parents for teaching him his culinary skills, which include an inherited talent for Chinese cooking. He is a slender young man with fair skin, jet-black hair parted down the middle, and reddish-brown eyes. His school uniform typically consists of a black, unbuttoned jacket over a red standing-collar shirt, sometimes with a purple tie, though early on he is also seen wearing grey half-rim glasses and carrying a bass guitar in a case on his back.
