Moemi Sōya is a young woman who serves as the chef of Chiyoda Diner and is the heiress of a traditional Japanese restaurant called Sōya Kadan. In the story, she initially works as a waitress at the rival café Family, but her deep culinary background eventually leads her to become the head chef of the reopened Familia diner.
