Allen Fromel is the vice-captain of the Freya Familia, a first-class adventurer of Level 6 known as the fastest in the city of Orario and the Goddess's Chariot. He is a 25-year-old cat person with black cat ears and a tail, black hair, and a compact frame standing 162 centimeters tall, a source of deep personal insecurity despite his handsome features. His fighting style revolves entirely around his incredible speed, which even surpasses that of the captain Ottar, making him second only to Ottar in raw combat ability. He wields a silver spear to execute devastating hit-and-run attacks, and his signature magic, Gralineze Fromel, dramatically boosts his agility, turning his speed directly into destructive force at the cost of precision and unleashing chaotic energy that endangers everyone nearby. The spell requires a long and complex chant, but Allen is skilled enough to dodge enemy attacks while reciting it. His personality is abrasive, aggressive, and quick to anger; he frequently looks down on those he considers weaker, instigates conflicts with other adventurers, and is particularly hostile toward members of the Loki Familia, clashing often with Bete Loga. Yet he burns with fierce devotion to Freya, reacting to any insult against her with murderous intent, and he holds twin obsessions: claiming her exclusive affection and avenging his parents. As a child, Allen lived happily with his parents and younger sister, Anya Fromel, until their village was destroyed by the One-Eyed Black Dragon, an event that killed his parents. Orphaned and wandering, he was found and taken in by Freya at age six. Determined to protect his sister from the dangers of the Freya Familia, he deliberately acted cruel and cut all ties with her, pushing her into a safe life working at the Benevolent Mistress tavern. While he pretends to hate Anya, he is deeply protective of her and considers her the most important person in his life, later securing her exemption from Freya’s city-wide charm through desperate intervention. Throughout the story, Allen acts as a primary enforcer for Freya’s will, tasked with protecting Syr Flover and carrying out orders without question. During the Great Faction War of the fifth season, he fights as one of the main generals for the Freya Familia, decimating enemy lines with his speed until he is forced into a confrontation with his sister. The emotional turmoil of fighting her weakens his resolve, and he is ultimately defeated, marking a turning point that leads to the familia’s dissolution. After the war, he avoids Anya, unable to face her, showing that his journey toward reconciling his harsh exterior with his vulnerable heart is not yet complete.
