His background includes prior experience as a television producer where he knew an actress named Sissel Komei. Minare's presence resonates with his memory of this actress, partially fueling his drive to cultivate her talent. He also holds knowledge of the Ainu language, suggesting broader cultural interests beyond his radio work.
