Description
Rumi Usagiyama, known professionally as the Rabbit Hero Mirko, is a Pro Hero who appears as a supporting character in the anime My Hero Academia Memories. She was born on March 1 with blood type O, and stands at 159 centimeters tall. Her hero name is inspired by the former professional fighter Mirko Cro Cop Filipovic, emphasizing her combat-focused image. Her Quirk, simply called Rabbit, grants her various rabbit-like physical traits, most prominently immensely powerful legs that allow her to jump great heights and deliver devastating kicks, along with superhuman hearing abilities.

Mirko presents herself as a tomboyish, hotheaded, and hyperactive individual. She is known for her ferocious courage, blunt way of speaking, and fearless front-line combat style. She speaks her mind without hesitation, even when it leads to confrontation, and she lives each day with the philosophy that there is no tomorrow, fighting as if every breath could be her last. Her motivation stems from a relentless desire to protect others and to engage in battle head-on; she does not mind getting hurt or risking her life in the process.

Within the story of My Hero Academia Memories, Mirko appears as one of the top-ranked Pro Heroes, originally listed as the No. 5 hero and later dropping to No. 6. Her role revolves around direct combat during major conflicts, where she employs a close-range fighting style using an array of mixed martial arts attacks. She is primarily a brawler who relies on speed, agility, and raw power rather than complex strategies.

In terms of key relationships, Mirko frequently interacts with other high-ranking Pro Heroes such as Hawks and Endeavor, though she tends to speak informally to even those older or more senior than herself. She maintains a cooperative but fiercely independent stance among her peers. Her development throughout the series includes sustaining severe injuries, including the loss of limbs during the Paranormal Liberation War, yet she continues to fight with the same unyielding spirit. Her backstory, as revealed in supplementary material, shows that she was once a legendary underground fighter known as Usako in Hiroshima during her high school days, before being caught and eventually enrolling at U.A. Academy to become a licensed hero.

Her notable abilities center on her Rabbit Quirk, which grants enhanced leg strength for high jumps and powerful kicks, as well as acute hearing that can detect distant sounds. She uses techniques such as Luna Step and Luna Turn to close distance rapidly or counterattack after being knocked away. Her combat style is aggressive and relentless, making her one of the most dangerous close-quarters fighters among the Pro Heroes.
