Sayaka Kinoshita is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office. Born on July 21, 1981, in Chiba Prefecture, she began her voice acting career in the early 2000s and has since built a extensive body of work spanning anime, video games, and foreign film dubbing.

Kinoshita is perhaps most widely recognized as the regular Japanese dubbing voice for American actress Kristen Stewart, having provided the Japanese voice for Stewart's performances in numerous films including the Twilight Saga series. Her dubbing work, known as fukikae, is prolific; she has voiced characters in a vast array of overseas films and television series for the Japanese market, lending her voice to actors such as Lily Collins, Kate Mara, and Olivia Munn.

In anime, Kinoshita has portrayed a wide variety of characters, demonstrating her range across different genres. Among her notable roles are Kaname Kenjou in Strawberry Panic! and Sister Biene in Papillon Rose. She has also taken on roles in long-running and popular franchises, such as Lusamine in Pocket Monsters: Sun & Moon and its sequels, and the rabbit Pro Hero Mirko, also known as Rumi Usagiyama, in My Hero Academia.
