She manifests as a middle-aged woman of medium height with spiraled maroon hair, pointed ears, and yellowish skin. Her assignment requires leading an assault on Kabuki Butterfly to drain sexual energy from male victims for Dinasty's invasion, conflicting with her openly stated discomfort toward targeting men due to a preference for women.

Her leadership faces challenges from fellow minion Sister Pchela, whose mockery sparks verbal and physical confrontations. During the mission, Sister Biene targets the manager of Lingerie Pub Papillon, draining his sexual energy and leaving him severely weakened.

Later confronting magical fighter Papillon Rose, Sister Biene gains advantage by kissing her and deploying Dinasty combatants with missile and flame weaponry. She overpowers Papillon Rose using a whip and prepares to drain her sexual energy. An interruption by an unnamed man distracts Sister Biene, enabling Papillon Rose to recover and deploy the Rose Pinkish Viagra weapon, killing her.
