Nemu Aohitsugi is the younger sister of Samatoki Aohitsugi, the leader of the Yokohama Division. She holds a significant position as the Vice Chief of the Administrative Inspection Bureau and is a member of the political party known as the Party of Words. She previously lived together with her brother. Nemu has a shoulder-length white bob haircut with side-swept bangs and hot-pink eyes that feature a cyan highlight at the top.
