Peashy, also known as Yellow Heart, is a child initially kept within Planeptune's Basilicom in the Ultra Dimension. The Seven Sages transformed her into a Console Patron Unit and used her to oppose Neptune and the other CPUs. Following the restoration of her memory, she returns home safely. As a CPU, she wields significant strength but possesses limited intelligence.
In her standard form, Peashy is a short girl with strawberry blonde hair, large red hair bobbles, and cerulean blue eyes. She wears a one-piece short jumpsuit featuring a bee-like design, accented with star patterns on the lower half and sleeves. Her footwear consists of oversized red shoes, and she sports boxing gloves shaped like cat paws. When transformed into Yellow Heart, her appearance shifts dramatically: her hair lengthens and turns blonde, her height increases, and her physique becomes more voluptuous. She dons a white, skintight bodysuit with matching thigh-high boots and a choker, all adorned with traces of black, red, and yellow.
Peashy displays an energetic and outgoing personality, often engaging in rough play that includes tackling others and breaking objects. Despite her tough exterior, she is emotionally vulnerable and prone to crying easily. This core personality remains largely consistent even as Yellow Heart, though she adopts a slightly more serious attitude while still treating combat as a form of play. Her ditzy and slow demeanor persists in both forms.
Her background involves being taken in and raised for several years at Planeptune's Basilicom as a young child. The Seven Sages later attempted to abduct her along with IF and Compa. Although seized by Rei, Peashy escaped upon the arrival of the CPUs. She accidentally consumed a CPU Memory with which she was compatible, leading Anonydeath to claim he was her father and Rei her mother. They manipulated her into becoming Yellow Heart and establishing the nation of Eden to drain shares from other nations.
After the CPUs destroyed an external machine powering her, Yellow Heart was defeated and reverted to Peashy, though she remained brainwashed. Neptune and Plutia orchestrated a plan to restore her memory using items from her past, which succeeded. Once she left Eden and joined Planeptune as a CPU, Eden dissolved. Peashy later traveled to the Hyper Dimension to assist in stopping Rei Ryghts from destroying both Gamindustris.
In other appearances, Peashy joins Plutia in welcoming Neptune and the candidates to the Ultra Dimension in an extra chapter of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3. There, they investigate broken console software and unregulated developers promoting pay-to-win mobile games. Peashy and Plutia refuse an offer from these developers to use Planeptune's IP for such games, resulting in battles against monsters. They eventually defeat the developers with help from other goddesses.
Peashy also features in various spin-off media. In Hyperdimension Neptunia: Megami Tsuushin, she is a sleeping goddess recently awakened, initially controlled by ASIC until saved by Neptune. She time-travels with Neptune and Plutia to uncover the reason for her sealing, which involves the destruction and recreation of Kabosu Emeralds. In the anime adaptation, she appears in a prank segment where she and others pretend to be dead to scare Neptune. Additional game appearances include roles as a high school freshman in MegaTagmension Blanc + Neptune VS Zombies, a beta tester and tailor in Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online, and as obtainable cards or wingmates in various mobile games.
Peashy represents the PC Engine, also known as the TurboGrafx-16, a connection referenced through her bee-themed outfit resembling the Hudson Soft bee mascot and her small stature mirroring the console's compact size. She refers to Neptune as "Neptuna" and holds a fondness for pudding, especially Neptune's, and eggplants. She dislikes mean people and being ignored.
In terms of abilities, Peashy wields gloves in her human form and claws in her HDD form, employing a martial arts style focused on kicks and punches. Her attacks include moves such as Pea Punch, Headbutt, and EXE drives like Carnage Fang. As a CPU, she depends on Share energy from her followers to sustain her powers and immortality.
Her relationships include being cared for by Planeptune, considering Neptune and Plutia as friends, and maintaining a complicated dynamic with the manipulative Seven Sages. After events in the series, both Hyper Dimension Vert and her Ultra Dimension counterpart often compete over her.
