Description
Latté is a young princess from the Healing Garden, the mystical realm that serves as the source of healing energy in her world. As the daughter of Queen Teatinu, she holds a royal position but is still very young and has not yet developed the ability to speak. Her thoughts and feelings can be heard through a stethoscope, which translates the voice of her heart. Latté has the innate ability to sense when the Byogenzu, the disease-spreading antagonists, infect the Earth, much like her mother. However, her detection power is much weaker, and if she overexerts herself to use it, she becomes extremely weak and exhausted. She is a gentle and affectionate child who loves being spoiled by her mother and enjoys taking naps. In the story of the film, Latté accompanies the Healin’ Good Pretty Cure team and plays a supportive role, helping to identify the presence of threats and serving as a symbol of the hope and future that the Cures strive to protect. Her relationships are centered on her mother, who she adores, and the three Healing Animals—Rabirin, Pegitan, and Nyatoran—who watch over her and assist the Cures. She also shares a close bond with the main heroine, Nodoka Hanadera (Cure Grace), who resonates with her innocent and caring nature. Throughout the narrative, Latté’s development is subtle, reflecting her gradual growth as she learns to trust others and embrace her own role, even while still a child. Her notable ability to detect contamination, combined with her endearing vulnerability, makes her a key emotional anchor for the Cures as they fight to protect the world from being trapped in an endless loop.
