Haruka Shiraishi is a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Tokyo on April 8, 1995. She began her entertainment career as a child actor in 2007 before transitioning to voice acting. Her debut in anime was in 2011, providing the voice for Sora Matsuzaki in the Studio Ghibli film From Up on Poppy Hill. She was formerly affiliated with Hirata Office and has been represented by Toy's Factory since June 2020.

Shiraishi is recognized for her versatile vocal range, capable of portraying a wide variety of characters. This includes roles ranging from the mysterious and boyish Asirpa in Golden Kamuy to the quiet and innocent Fumino Furuhashi in We Never Learn: BOKUBEN, and the energetic Misha Takanashi in Uzamaid!.
