Animals, plants, food items, and even ordinary household objects are all anthropomorphized characters that go about their daily lives side by side. This short-form original net animation is based on the Nandemo Ikimono characters created by illustrator and character designer Yuri Yokomizo. The setting is a soft, whimsical space where a seaweed-wrapped rice ball, a crab, a shrimp, or a river otter can be found simply existing together, engaging in tiny, low-stakes interactions and gentle humor.

The main cast includes a variety of these personified beings. Kani the crab is voiced by Shiori Izawa, while Ebi the shrimp is voiced by Satsumi Matsuda.
