Description
Pirarucu is a character in the 2023 anime film City Hunter The Movie: Angel Dust. He is an assassin who belongs to a covert unit called Wet Work, operating under the international criminal organization Union Teope and its leader, the Mayor, whose real name is Shin Kaibara. His name is taken from the pirarucu, one of the largest freshwater fish in the world, following the naming theme shared by the members of his team.
