Lapis Lazuline, whose real name is Ruri Yoneda, is the second magical girl to bear that title and was originally known as Blue Comet. She is a high school dropout who left school to dedicate herself to training as a magical girl under the guidance of the first Lapis Lazuline. She appears as a main protagonist in the Restart arc of the series.
