OVA
Description
Apuesta da Rumah stands as a primary heroine in the Paradise War storyline of the Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki continuity. Representing the Daruma Guild in a galactic proxy war to decide leadership for a new pirate nation, the guild chose her, a young and gifted proxy, to shield its prominent members from risk. Orphaned when her parents died in pirate battles, she subsequently cared for younger orphans abandoned by the remnants of the Daluma Guild, an experience forging her resourcefulness and business acumen.

She possesses dark skin, wavy light green neck-length hair with bangs partially obscuring her face, pointed elfin ears, and distinctive red bindi-like dots on her forehead. Tall and exotic-looking, she often wears a light formal dress featuring an abdomen cutout during her time on Banjo Island.

Her personality exhibits a stark contrast. Typically so profoundly shy she requires an abacus-shaped computer terminal to speak, she transforms into a sharp, ruthless taskmaster when managing her Banjo Island market, particularly towards employees like Shou Kukoma and other assisting girls. This market utilizes her network of associates supplying high-quality second-hand goods; she sells these profitably to support orphaned children.

A brilliant strategist in combat, she lacks direct fighting prowess. Her preferred Guardian wields a specialized arm-mounted ball designed to capture and deactivate other Guardians. She demonstrates mastery over remotely controlled booby traps operated via her abacus computer. These tactical skills attracted Jurai's accounting division, leading Ringo Tatsuki to attempt recruitment. Seto Kamiki Jurai intervened, however, deeming it selfish to monopolize such galactic talent.

Her story unfolds primarily during events on Banjo Island, where she encounters the island's caretaker Minamida, doctor and schoolteacher Miron Pham, and rival proxy war representatives Alea Balta, Dird Shank, Palty Jurai, and later Shou Kukoma. She held the 215th position in the Daruma Guild's succession line.

In the fifth OVA season, she appears within a tropical island setting, continuing her role in the series' narrative. Her established background, skills, and interactions persist, emphasizing her strategic intellect, advocacy for orphans, and complex personality traits.
