Description
Momoka Satomiya is a supporting character in Whisper Me a Love Song. She is a second-year high school student at Sakuranooka High and serves as the president of the Cooking Research Club, a role she takes seriously even though the other two club members rarely attend. She is also the bassist of the band Laureley.

Her personality is gentle, mature, and steady. She habitually prepares tea and snacks in the club room and offers calm guidance to friends who come to her for help. Her own definition of love is expressed as wanting to cook for someone forever, showing that she equates deep affection with care and nourishment.

Momoka’s primary motivation stems from her late lover, Kyou. Despite having no prior experience in music, she agreed to form a band with Shiho and Hajime specifically to carry on Kyou’s dream of playing music. This decision drives her to learn the bass and perform as part of Laureley, making her role in the band both a tribute and a personal commitment.

Within the story, Momoka acts as a supportive figure, especially toward the first-year characters. She is perceptive and able to read them easily, often offering help when they struggle. Her key relationships are with her bandmates: Shiho, who plays guitar and sings, and Hajime. While Hajime’s role is less detailed, the trio functions as a cohesive unit bound by shared history and purpose. Momoka’s development is subtle; she begins as someone quietly grieving and gradually finds new meaning through music and friendship, though her loyalty to Kyou’s memory remains a constant thread.

Notable abilities include her skill in cooking, which she practices regularly as club president, and her proficiency on the bass guitar, which she learned specifically for the band. Her steady demeanor makes her a natural mediator and a source of stability among her peers.
